Where we are headed

Building a Democracy Guardians Network.

We want to bring today’s digital and artificial intelligence tools to that network, multiplying its reach, its speed and its capacity to spot emerging threats, connect information across territories and trigger civic, legal, communications and institutional responses in time.

We aim to reach 3,000 community leaders, journalists, lawyers, researchers, young people, content creators and civil society actors across at least twenty departments. Over twenty-four months we will combine in-person gatherings, online learning, a train-the-trainers model and a permanent community of practice.

Artificial intelligence and digital tools will help members monitor public information, detect patterns, verify content, investigate, communicate and coordinate faster, always with human judgment and review.

Strengthening democracy also means improving the conditions that make participation possible. That is why we develop local care and wellbeing initiatives, inspired by Bogotá’s Care Blocks, along with partnerships among government, business and communities that turn shared capabilities and resources into economic and social development.
